Carpets
Most homes need their carpets cleaned every 12 months. Vacuuming will remove the surface dirt, but dirt settles deep into the fibers of carpet, which can be damaging.

Monarch uses the Hot Water Extraction method to remove the deepest dirt, and toughest stains. Hot water and cleaning solution are injected deep in carpet fibers, then powerful suction removes deep down dirt, allergens, the cleaning solution and water. Other methods of carpet cleaning leave behind a soapy residue, which will attract more dirt later. Even dry cleaning may leave a yellow tint to your carpet; only hot water extraction fully removes the deep ground in dirt that has been compiling in your carpet over the years.

Upholstery
Monarch will also use the hot water extraction to remove dirt and stains from your upholstery. All of your furniture and cushions can be cleaned right in your home. We can also apply carpet or upholstery protector to prevent future dirt and stains.
